Documentation for visitor visa on EAD basis?

Can anyone write what documentation do I need if I am on EAD and want to bring parents from india.
I have 7th year h1 approval extension. Passport is not stamped yet with the new extension. I got EAD recently. Can anyone throw some light on this.
 
are u using EAd or H1 to work. just having EAD does not mean that EAD is the basis for work.

In any case most of the docementation is the same in both cases... employement letter, pay stubs etc.

The only diff is that you will enclose H1 papers in one case copies of EAd I-485 receipts in other case

I am still working on H1 basis. I did not change to EAD yet. I am expecting my EAD card soon.
In that case, if I want to bring my parents on EAD do I have to work using EAD leaving H1 behind.

How does that work?

why do you want to bring them using EAD when u have perfectly fine case with H1.

in reality it does not matter what u use, as long as the documents support it
 
u dont need a stmp for sponsorship, approval notice is enough.

im my case i did not even have the approval only the receipt for extension
