Document to renew Advance Parole

Right now I am preparing for the document to renew my advance parole. Here is the list I find that I need to prepare:
1. A copy of my driver license,
2. A copy of INS receipt of my 485,
3. Form I-131
4. Two color photographs
5. Application fee ($170) (Can I send my personal check)
6. A copy of my EAD

I filed my I485 based on EB2 in Jan 2003. Could someone tell me whether this is a complete list or not? If not, pls let me know the missing items. Thank you so much in advance.

No need to send EAD, better copy of passport with bio data. Also will be good to send copy of I-140 receipt or approval.
 
For AP it is better to eFile, you can pay with credit card (click only once as there no way to get refund from CIS)
 
E-file Help

Did you E-File for I-131.
If yes Did you send the Paper Photos for the AP application?

So here is the complete list:

6. One copy of my passport
7. a copy of I140 approval

is this a complete list? I dont want to miss anything. Again, can I send my personal check to USCIS for the fee?

In addition, has USCIS changed photo requirement from a face position to a standard full-frontal face position based on: http://uscis.gov/graphics/publicaffairs/newsrels/04_08_02Photo_flyer.pdf. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. Did you use eFile? Did you send a personal check? How is about your photo (face position or standard full-frontal face position). I appreciate for your answer again.

Photo is normal passport photo (front facing)
The requirement to have that funky looking sideways picture has been eliminated for a while now.

I've always sent a Cashier's Check for payment (my bank gives it for free - so why not use it !)
But I believe others have sent a personal check with no issues.
You can also use a Money order.
 
Right now i am filling the I131 form. But what should I write in Item 3 Class of Admission which is not included in the previous form. Thanks.
