I am coming to USA for my treatment. I got the appointment from the Doctor,
Now needs to appear for visa.
I have to show a letter from my US doctor stating the treatment , cost of the treatment and duration of treatment etc.
1) Is there any particular format Visa Consulate is looking for ? What all that letter should have? Is there any sample format available for the appointment letter ?
ONe big question always arise that what if the treament needs support outside the doctors promised area of treatment. in my case looks like I will not need treatment from outside.
2) Is there some way to prove that every thing will be covered by doctors only ? Should I ask my doctor to write it too ?
