Document OTHER THAN CARD Manufactured and Mailed!!

i have applied for an i-130 on april 4th while i was a permenant resident...i became a citizen on sept the 13th...well to make a story short...

if u could please help me and tell me exactly what this means...we havent recieved a letter in the mail yet...and this is exactly what they said:

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed.

On February 12, 2007, we mailed the document we manufactured based on our earlier approval of this case, and mailed it to the address on we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.
 
I read stories like that, and so far the only document people were getting after this notice was their permanent resident card :)

Our case status before this was

CURRENT STATUS: Case Recieved & Pending....and suddenly it changed to document other than card manufactured and sent :confused:
