Document other than card mailed

Hi Friends,

Today, I received the following e-mail from USCIS regarding my I-140 petition,

Current Status: DOCUMENT OTHER THAN CARD OR TRAVEL DOCUMENT MAILED TO APPLICANT
On July 23, 2008, your document I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was processed and mailed to the address on record.

Now for a little background, my I-140 was revoked by my ex-employer and I received a NOID recently. My attorney had sent the necessary proof. There was no reply from USCIS and now I've received the above e-mail.

Due to the revokation, the I-140 that was approved 2 years ago went into pending status (which is strange) and remained so until this e-mail.

Has anyone received any similar e-mail or know what this is about ?

Another question is, after changing jobs, I had changed the address on all my petitions i.e I-485 and EAD. At that time, the I-140 was approved (approved 2 years ago) and hence I could not change the address on it (since address can only be changed on pending petitions). Now, the document whatever-that-is is mailed, will it be sent to my new address or the address on I-140 that was my old address ?

Appreciate all help.
