Hi:
I was wondering what are typical notices people get
when their I485 that were stuck in BC are getting reviewed following
February changes.
On February 29 my wife got this notice
Document mailed to applicant notice
"On February 29, 2008 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service."
She is a secondary applicant my case was approved almost 3 years ago and she was stuck in FBI check.
She was fingerprinted last fall.
She did file change of address 1 year and a half ago and since then she got documents fron INS to our current address.
We have not receive any paperwork yet.
So what does this notice mean?
Our lawyer thinks it is a GC, but it seems other people getting different messages if this is the case.
Thanks
