Hi,

I will be filling my I751 soon. Below is the list of documents which I am sending, I will appreciate if I can get some advise on these documents and also please let me know if I am missing something.

1. 2007,2008 Joint Tax returns.
2. Joint bank statements.
3. Appartment Lease
4. Joint Car Insurance.
5. Some Pictures
6. Our son's Date of Birth Certificate
7. Some beneficiary documents
8. Joint Car Loan Document
9. Joint Car Registartion
10. Letter of affidavits from 2 friends
11. Travel/trip document
12. Joint untility bill such as comcast, electricity, directv

Moreover, I have some questions also:

1. Do I need to send copy of my passport?
2. Do I need to send passport size pictures?
3. We have 3 joint account, so shall I send 23 months statement from all the 3 accounts?
4. How should I organise my document, do I just send them loose in an envelope or do I whole punch them and make a binder? I have asked this question before but still unclear. My I-485 was filled by the lawyer so thats why I am not sure.

Please share your comments/suggestions.

Thanks

Don't worry too much, you have enough documents. If your son's birth is after your marriage. I believe they will approve it as soon as they sees it and don't even need a 2nd interview. I would say putting your son's birth certificate on the fist page of your documents. :)
