Dude, couple of things -
You need all previous years tax returns (1040 and W-2). It was not clear from your post.
You need all pay stubs for current year.

I have made a similar post (called 'Documentation for H1 stamping')....check that out.
 
tax forms?

can someone tell me what exactly the tax forms are...
i am actually working for an Indian based company (company A) on L1 for past 2 years and the company takes care of filing the taxes and everything and only the final allowance is what comes to my pocket...

Now i want to shift to H1 b for some other employer(company B)...
and if I go for that H1 stamping... what tax forms shud I show for my past 2 years when I worked on L1

is it something which I need to get from company A..

can someone help
