Do you need to pay the KCC 375 while you are here but doing a CP?

hey,
i'm a dv2008 winner. initially i wrote to the KCC saying i intend to do an AOS. I filled the forms and sent to them and they sent me a second notification letter.
but now i want to do CP instead. i know i have to resend the dsp 122 form. but do i pay the $375 to KCC here or in my country?
Please let me know if you have the answer.

You don't give KCC any money. You have to pay it all when you go in for your interview at the US embassy where you do CP. However, $375 is only part of the whole fee (the lottery surcharge). The total that you will have to pay at the embassy is $775.
