I am planning to stamp (revalidate) my H1 visa (an H1 extension case within 6 year limit) in New Delhi, India. As per delhi US embassy site, you need approved I-797 and I-129 and also LCA. I have I-797 and LCA, is that enough. Best of my kmnowldge I-129 is a form to get I-797, so do we need copy of that also??
