Do you always have to wait 180 days?

Might sound like a dumb question, but if one files concurrently and has the I-485 approved before the 180 period do they still have to wait for the 180 period to end before moving employers?

If your I-485 is approved before 180 days AC21 has no relevance for you. You are subject to the same requirements as GC holders in the pre-AC21 days.

And what would those requirements be? I filed my I-140 / I-485 concurrently 5 weeks ago and just got approved. Seems to good be true.
