Do we receive name change cert during Oath ceremony?

Do we receive a Name Change Certificate during our Oath ceremony or later? Something on the lines of 'This person changed his/her name from <old name> to <new name> on <so and so date>'?

I see many people on here saying they changed their names, but no one seems to mention about any certificate being handed, so am curious if there is indeed such a document that we receive.

You will receive your name change certificate, along with your naturalization certificate, at the oath ceremony. I changed my last name, so I speak from personal experience.
