do we need visitors visa for canada (with I-551 stamp)

Hi,
my wife and I have I-551 stamps in our passports. I actually got plastic card but my wife did not get hers. Now, to visit canada (Victoria B.C) do we need any canadian visitors visa? Since I have plastic card I think I do not need visitors visa to Canada. But, I am not sure about visa requirement for my wife. anyone visited canada without visitors visa?
It was not clear on canadian embassy (seattle) web site and they are not taking any phone calls. No response to emails.

No, the I-551 stamp is enough to gain entry into Canada.
