do we need to submit OPT EAD while stamping?

1)Do we need to sub,it the OPT EAD (got after MS here) while passport stamping?
2)Also do we have to submit original 485 approval or courtesy copy?
3)Do we have to submit photos without spectacles? I had submitted one with specs
while filing 485 , but the phorographer recommended one with NO specs.

hope I have answered your questions already in 485 issues discussion

1. we need to have photos during stamping with INS spec. Because during that process , you are not only getting stamp, also applying for plastic card. I read in a link that for some body INS issued RFE for I-89 with new photo and finger print, since the provided stuf during the stamping was not fit the INS requirement.

2. It is must to submit your EAD if you have one, which is also useless after stamping.If you haven\'t submit one, INS will take couple of more days ( practially may be months ) to search your record to understand your application for EAD

3.The I-551 stamping process required to submit yours (or ) lawyer\'s copy
