Hi,
We filed our I-140 & I-485 filed concurrently in Nov' 2003 (rcvd date: 12/4/2003).During that, we submitted my & my wife's medicals (Form I-693) which got done in Nov 2003.
My question is -- Do the medicals (Form I-693) get expired after an year of submission? Do we need to get MEDICALS again (renewal like EAD, Advance Parol & Finger Prints) as it's already passed 1 year and I-485 is pending. Please let me know.
