Do we need paystubs for I-140 processing or experience letters are enough

Usually the experience letters are enough. Sometimes one may get an RFE on Ability to Pay and USCIS will then ask for recent paystubs.

yes my attorney wanted 3 recent paystubs and 4 W2s (sub labor).

CIS wants to know if you are on status and if you were paid prevailing wage ? or anytime out of status

My lawyer sent 5 recent paystubs, no experience letter.

My I-140 was approved last week. We sent the application on Nov. 6, 2006. I have no idea why was so fast.

4 W2s, that means for last 4 years.
How can we keep all those W2s? it's tough guys.
