R rawager Registered Users (C) Nov 8, 2002 #2 It is better to get a Non-Availability certificate. You could potentially get a RFE later which will delay the process in such case. Non-availibility certificates can be issued by the local govt. department of registration of Births and Death. My suggestion will be to get one.
