Do we need Mexican Visa for my H1 stamping in Mexio

Hi

I am planning to goto Tijuana or Nogales for my H1 (and H4) revalidation. Do I need a mexican visa? I hear conflicting stories.

If I need mexican visa, how do I get it?

I was in Nogales for a F1-H1 stamping on Sept 25, 2006. Didnt enter Mexico with a visa. I believe you can stay there 72 hrs without a visa if you arent travelling more than 20 miles into Mexico or something.

Thats what i know, you should make sure with say some Mexican Consulate or Embassy in USA and they can get you more info.
