Do we need AP when we are on CP track? pls. advice

I have opted for CP track and mailed my packet 3. i need to make a short trip to india just for 10 days and again make second trip when my interview is due. do i need to apply for AP, for this trip.
Is yes, can i go to local INS office, since i have v.little time. Please advice.

no you do not need AP but u definitely need a valid stamped H1B to enter back!!

CP success in LONDON ENGLAND

Today 25 March 2002 at 8:00am was my interview in London(US Embassy). It was a smashing and brilliant experience.
I have been using this forum since Summer of 2001 and has been very useful. Thanks to past CPers from Great Britain such as Alade Ojo, FebcpLondon, LondonCPWaiter etc.

I will post my experience as soon as I get back to the US.
