Do we need a Transit Visa to travel Through Italy , I don’t have a Valid US visa Stamped on My Passport , My status is AOS I-485 applied .

Any Body in the Same situation??

You probably need a transit visa as you do not have a valid US Visa or Green Card at the time of travel. However, there is good chance that, they won't check it when you are leaving US and it won't be a problem while coming back as you will have your visa stamped. You can check your airlines website or Italian Embassy website for more information in this regard.
