Do we have to file AC21.

Hi,

If we change jobs during pending I-485 do we have to file AC21. If we have to file AC21 can we file AC21 by ourself or do we have to approach an attorney.

If any one has filed by themself please list the process and list of documents needed. Please post any sample documents.

There is not need for AC21 immediately; in fact if your PD is retorgessed don't even bother till is becomes close to current.
 
If Ur GC Employer is not withdrawing the application -- I think its ok NOT to file AC-21 ...

Else U should file AC-21 ---

Actually its just a application U write -- in which U demonstrate that U are in the similar job etc ..

Taking legal help is good...

My 2 cents, is don't file it if your 140 is approved, I have seen case delays because of ac21 and you can always file it if you get a query at time of 485 approval.
