Do U know Oath date after interview?

There is no general answer. Depends on where and how well your case goes, how they administer the oath and what else might be involved with your application.

I was told my oath date at the interview.

Keep in mind that during your english test you write "you" and not "U"

Some DO's offer same day oath, some IOs have upcoming oath schedule and provide you it at interview, and some IOs don't know/care about upcoming schedule and tell you it will be mailed.

I don't think you can negotiate on the spot. If they offer you a date and time...and you don't agree to it, they will tell you, that they will mail you a oath letter in the mail.

Also, you can put in a request at the interview to have your oath during a certain time frame or not have oath during certain date(s) time due to travel. However, there are no guarantees that the DO will meet your request.

We completed our interview yesterday and were told we passed and they
have recommended us for Citizenship. We specifically enquired about oath
date as it seems to be taking very long in MA. We were told it should be
done quickly and need to wait for the oath letter. Seems to me that the
Manchester, NH office cannot schedule Oaths.

So OATH scheduling depends on the DO you interviewed at...
