Do they check credit history before 485 approval?

I had a collection problem which is resolved, but I have a pending civil lawsuit for some non-payment. Will it affect in 485 approval process?

I dont think they check Credit history

INS Will check if u r in status and all.. but not credit history. During FP And background check they will check if u have criminal history. So dont worry.
