Do they allow you to bring your children in the USCIS office?

I'm contemplating on whether to file for citizenship this year.
I have 2 little ones who've never been babysat. My younger one is only 3mos old.
If I were to base on the timeline of people around here, I'd probably be fingerprinted within 2-4mos and interviewed within 6-8mos.
Am I allowed to bring my kids during these times?

Just to be sane at the interview...would recommend you to have a babysitter then. At my interview waiting area, there was a fussy 1 yr old and no one was happy including the mom.

Start acclimating your children to the realities of life (which include babysitting ). To make them feel they're part of the process, print some random forms (I-90's, whatever ) and some crayons and have them go at it with the babysitter...

For FP'ing you can bring them in the room, but it is tedious as you'll be stuck to the FP machine and the FP techs may not have all the time in the world to do 2 fingers - feed a cracker - 2 more fingers, et cetera...

For Interview, you'll need to focus on what is happening. 3-6 month olds are easy (unless colicky )) but 9-18 month olds are pretty demanding. So, get them used to a good, reliable, experienced babysitter.

When there's a will there's a way. My wife gave birth in the middle of a semester of grad school, and she had to take a test 2-3 weeks later. How do you find a babysitter for a 3 week old for 2 hours? we used Visiting Nurse Service, that's right, an RN , went thru hoops to explain the baby was in perfect shape but we did not trust anyone else, so they sent us a pediatric nurse
