Do PRs working for World Bank also receive Tax free salary?

Wolfowitz's girlfriend receive tax free salary because she
is not a US citizen. I don't know if it depends upon wheter
she has a GC or not. If PR do not have to pay taxes
to IRS on world bank salary, then it is very good
to work there

WB pays salary in terms of what they call is a net amount. If you are a US citizen then they will pay US tax for you. If you are PR then you are not obligated to pay US income tax. Either way you receive the same amount.
