Does one get NEW receipt notice?

Hi,

If a case is transferred from one center to another one do we get a receipt notice from the center where the case is transferred? for example in my case
My I-485 petition was transferred from VSC --> NSC. I got the transfer notice from VSC. will I get a receipt notice now from NSC with LIN# or NSC will use my EAC#. Is there anybody who has the clue on this issue.

You should retain the old case number, IIRC.
