Do officers in Canadian border know how many days you were out?

Hi all,
I cross US-Canadian borders with my car almost once a month. Do the officers in Canadian borders have any clue how many days I stayed in USA? I mean do they share the information regarding dates in and out with US borders? knowing that, US scan my visa and Canadian officers scan my PR card?
