Hi,
I am an Indian citizen studying dentistry in US. I am on a year's break right now. Recently, I got Canadian PR after which I got married but my husband is not Canadian PR.
I am going back to States next year to complete my dental education. I am wondering if you have any advice for me and my husband as we do not want to be separated. I know there is the F2 option but we are having financial constraints and he will have to stay back here to support us. Please advise us. He has a Bachelors in Commerce but is an IT businessman. And the H visas are a lotto too these days.
Is there some way we can apply for a green card? Or is there some other visa option for him that I am not seeing. I am very apprehensive because even with all the separation we have to endure, after 4 years I too have to get a sponsorship for H1. This is with a loan of $250k to pay back for my dental education. But dentistry is my dream.
Someone please help!
