Do not have speeding ticket receipt / details.

I Do not have speeding ticket receipt / details. Are we suppose to write such details in N400? Did not know that I need to keep them. What are my options?

I am also in the same situation. And I don't even live in the same state anymore. But I just called the state's DMV and obtained my citation details using my SSN.

I can also obtain a driver's record if I want to.
Driver's record will indication all the citations, if paid or not etc.,

The general consent is that you should list all the tickets.
If you don't have any paper work, you should do it based on your recollection.
In fact, I understand that lately CIS changed the rules about evidence regarding traffic tickets so you don't need any receipts for speeding tickets.
BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO MENTION THEM IN N-400
