(Do not) go for AC21

Thanks for your replies Eric & Jack!

Jack, I looked at my husbands paperwork & on his I485 notice it says on the right.

case type: I485 Application to Adjust Status to Perm. Res. Status
Applicant AO88 1** ***
his name

Does this mean he is EB1?

Our attorney always says L1 for husband & L2 for me. This is really confusing me, every time I think i'm getting in touch with it, I get mixed up further, lol

Look down an inch or two below the "Case type" section and there should be a box with "Notice type". If you don't see something there, refer to the I-140 approval notice.

L1 and L2 are your current status. Your EB category for the green card process is a different thing.

Ask your attorney if you are in the first, second, or third preference employment-based category.

Ok, I found it.

Notice Type: Approval Notice
Section: Multi-National Executive or Manager, Sec.203(b) (1) (c)

That is all it says.

Any ideas?

Celtic1888 ,
Your husband's case EB1C. The priority date is current. So you can expect your GReen cards in the next few weeeks (if everything is fine).
