Do not call embassy/consulate letter receipients ?

For those of us hwo are waiting for Jan/Feb interviews.
Can you post if you had received the NVC review completion letter
with the specific verbatim " Donot call embassy/consulate, they will schedule when a visa number is available or PD current"
along with your Case review complete date and Case sent to consulate date.

Im really asking for a specific reason based on some analysis i posted on the other thread responding to skater. It will certainly help,

Letter Format

So it looks like they have changed the format for the letter. Since it seems they are issuing the same letter for EB2 also which is not going to regress next month.
 
the regress may be one reason, the other reason is i beleive that they changed the letter format after they finalized the November visa bulletin.
i might be wrong here, going by the pattern i beleive it is so.
what was your case complete and case fwd dates.

NVC completed the review on 10/27/04 and fwd'ed the case to chennai consulate on 11/03/04.
