I got my greencard because my parents
are US citizens(naturalized). During the
greencard interview at INS office in US),
my parents also had to appear with me.
Now that I'm applying for naturalization,
do my parents still have to appear when
my naturalization interview comes up?
Edit: however, I'm still concerned a little bit. Immediately(as in days) after I received my physical greencard in the mail, my parents both retired and moved to Europe. This is not going to cause any problems for me, no?
Let me explain it a little more... they had been US citizens for a dozen years and had planned to retire/move out of the US long before I decided to apply for greencard.they only stayed in the US an extra couple of year just so that I can be eligible for the greencard as children of U.S. citizens.
Thanks very much advance for any info.
