Do my daughter need passport stamping?

I am planning to go for stamping. Do I need to take my daughter for stamping? She got a welcome notice and nothing is mentioned in that.

There is a cut-off age where you do not need to get your passport stamped. I am not sure whether it is 14 or 16 years but if you have received a welcome notice for her I am sure she is below the stipulated age and does not need to get her passport stamped.

I beleive kids do not require stamping and they will receive plastic by mail.
