Hi

Anyone sucessfully recaptured H1B time spent outside of the US?
I wonder if it's easy enough to Do It Myself.
I have a copy of previous I-129, and it looks pretty simple.
I made a Excel sheet that lists up all the depatures and arrivals
and counted days. What else do I need to attach to I-129?

documentary Proof .

Anything that proves you were not in the US.
Re-Entry stamp
Itinerary
Boarding Passes
Airline Miles statements
Hotel Bills
Rental Cars in your name
Credit Card Receipts
Credit Card Bills (American Express was able to go 5 years back, that saved me) :)

There is no formal rule what works and what does not. If you made it into the Newspaper, if you were at a colloquiom and are listed as a speaker in the report, whatever you got is worth to submit.

Not sure I would try it by myself, I gathered the info, but the lawyers put in in the legalistic un-english. But that's up to you.

Good Luck!
