do i require transit visa / london with stamped H1

Hi ,
Iam on H1 status with Advance parole
I came from US-india via frankfurt and took the airport transit visa for germany.
I got my H1 stamped (first time) in india and my return is via london and i want to use h1 rather than AP. Do i need transit visa for this?

-------- if you got H1 Visa stamp in your passport and coming to US via UK then you do NOT need transit visa of UK, if you are using AP then UK transit visa needed.
