In my unprofessional opinion, you became a citizen when you were 16, assuming that you were living with your father in the US in his legal custody at that time.

Only your father should know that......

You should call CIS helpline, but without much justification and authorization letter ... they are unlikely to be much help since they need to respect your father's privacy.

But if you have other documents - the GC number is usually the same as Alien # in EAD, or even the naturalization certificate number ... with maybe the prefix changed. Check them out if you have them.
