Hi,
Last september, I applied I-140 (EB2 via NIW) and I-485 together in VSC. At the same time I also filed I-140 (EB1).
My I-140 (NIW) was approved on Jan 2006. On April 2006, my I-140 (EB1) was transfered to Nebraska center. Two days ago, I got an email to request additional documents. At this moment, I do not know what kinds of documents (I may receive the notice by mail in a few days).
My I-485 does not follow the I-140 (EB1). My question is: how should I respond? Do nothing or do as they request?
Any right direction will be appreciated!!!
