Do I need to renew AP?

My Ap was issued on Jun 4, 2002. I traveled out of us and came back on Aug 26,2002 and I was payrolled till aug 25,2003. Should I renew my ap now as i don't see that I will get gc till that date ?? ( Or I can stay in the country as 485 -adjustee as i don't need to travel out of country)

I am renewing my EAD as it is expiring on Jul 3.

You don't have to renew AP if you are not planning any overseas travel till GC approval. EAD is good enough.

Some say that I-94 needs to be extended if GC is not approved by I-94 expiry date. Pls see legal advice.

I am also in the same boat. Any body please help how to renew
I-94 (it has paroled until april 15th). I have renewed my EAD and AP also. But jaxen in this forum said no need to renew I - 94 and many people also adviced the same.

You do not need to renew/apply for AP, if you do not intend to leave the country before getting Approval.

I have not heard that, you need to extend I-94. I knew people, whose H1 expired and stayed here waiting for approval and working on EAD. I-485 receipt (supplemented by EAD, if working) should be the valid status to live in the country waiting for approval. I am not a lawyer, but this is what I gathered and observed in few of my friends' cases.
