Do I need to invoke AC21?

Hi,
My 1-140 approved a year ago and I-485 is pending for more than 2 years. Last week I have changed my Job and got the same Job title with similar Job description from New employer. My old company was (and is) good to me and there is no danger of revoking my I-140. I heard from some of the folks here that it may not be necessary to invoke AC21 unless there is a threat from Old employer. Please suggest and let me know if I have to invoke AC21.

I would Invoke AC21 by sending new employer permanent job offer letter+copy of I-485 reciept+ cover letter to request for AC21 and mail it to service center where I-485 is pending.
