Do I need to have visa stamped on a Renewed Passport?

When we get H1-B visa, it is stamped on passport. Over the years a time comes when your passport expires and you renew your passport. Usually, you are given a new one with new number. Does this passport now need to have visa stamped?

What if you are on vacation to India and while there you renew passport. Will we face any problem at PoE?

How this situation handled when you use AP?

You just need to carry both the Passports when you travel. I was in the same situation, no problems at all. With AP, you just show your new Passport, and if they ask, give them your old passport as well. I always used the New Passport with AP, not even once did they ask for the old Passport.
