I am changing a job after 1.5 years pending on I485. I have a valid AP until March 2005.
Do I need to appy for a new AP now since I am changing employer?
------ just because you are changing employer new AP is not needed, AP belongs to you and is based on YOUR Pending I-485, employer has nothing to do with AP, just file your new AP 5-6 months before March 2005 so that you have valid AP in hand for any emergency trip
** always file EAD renewal extension also 5-6 months advance
