Do I need to go for stamping?.

URGENT...Do I need to go for stamping again?.

I have H1B with employer A, I got stamped with this h1b. Just days before I went for stamping my another h1b with employer B is appoved. Just I wonder can I travel with this stamping and directly join with B?. Or do I need to go for stamping again?. Please let me know...

no need for stamping as long as your Visa stamp and I-94 is valid and after that also you would only need a stamp if you go outside US and try to reenter
 
I have a similar situation where I have valid visa from my previous employer valid until Jan 2006 and am planning to fly in feb'05 to india.And my lawyer says I don't need to go to the counsulate to get stamping done.

am confused with the posting above, which says if you are planning to go out of US and reenter you will have to get a new visa.

Please advise.
