I have my H1 valid till May 03. My wife has H1 until Dec 03. I have my H1 VISA from a previous employer stamped on my passport until Dec 31, 02. My wife has H4 stamped until Dec 02. We do not have to go to India until Mar 03.
Do we have to go to a POE (like Canada or Mexico) to get the new VISA(s) stamped. I know I can probably get my VISA revalidated because it is H1-H1 revalidation but my wife has H4- H1 stamping issue which can only be done at a POE. If it is not required until we are ready to go out of US (Mar 03), that would ease my life!
