Do I Need to get New Stamping? Please advise

Hi,

My H1B stamping in passport is valid till June-2005.Now, I had changed the employer and got new I797 Approval document,which is valid till July-2006. I am planning to Travel to India next month. Do I need to get restamping with my new employer? or Can I enter with the same stamping which is still valid? If I reenter without stamping can I get I-94 up to the validity of the latest I797, if I show the new I797 at Port of entry? Will it be a problem at POE regarding my entry or getting the correct validity of I-94?

I am worried about it.Please advise me?

show the new approval and u should get it till the expiry on new approval, check else politely request to speak with the supervisor.
