Do I need to fill up the same form again, for Interim EAD?

Gurus,

Please let me know what kind of papers I have to carry after 90 days for the interim EAD? Do I need to take I-765 form and photo with me? Please give me the full direction. I appreciate it.

Dip,

You will need to fill out a new I-765. Take your passport and expired EAD. I don't think you need photos as they take them there on the spot. My husband had to go through this 1 week ago. THe interim was issued for 280 days I believe.

Thanks so much Kiska. I am going through 90 days with my receipt date which is July 28, 04 , instead of Notice date which is August 3 , 04. Probably I don't need to pay again for EAD. But I have to pay again for my emergency Advance parole. Am I right?
