Do I need to explain why to apply for AP?

Hi, Guys,

My I485 is pending with CIS and I plan to apply for advanced parole by myself. In the instruction of form 131, it says that for advanced parole document, I need an explanation of evidence showing the circumstances. I don't know what reason I need to provide to CIS and how. Do I need to attach an separate sheet to explain why I need the advanced parole.

If you sucessfully applied AP recently, please give me some advise if I need those evidence and how I provide those information. I think some of you guys there would have good information to help me. Thanks!

----- just write the cover letter and mention the attached documents and write ANY reason for AP like vacations, meeting parents ( they dont care what is the reason for AP or when you want to go out or for how many days)
