Do i need to enter via same border?

Hi All,

When I did my immigration last year, i entered via Buffalo border and got the goods to follow paper stamped. But since i got a job in ALEBRTA, I m planning to enter via manitoba border with all my goods. Is it allow or I need to enter where the goods were stamped?
