Do i need to disclose all employments

I currently have a full time H1 but one of my past employers asked me if I can work on a advisory basis on a part time for 10 hrs per week. As I can have 2 h1's . My questions are

1. During any PERM, 140, 485 stage with my first employer, do I have to or will my first employer come to know about my part time H1
2. Can I file for PERM . Green card from my pat time h1

This is an easy thing for an H sponsor to know and you have to report all visas you have, pending applications and visa history in every time you renew, extend or transfer your visa. To file PERM from 10 hrs work per week will never fly.

Thanks Mmed. If I don't apply GC through part time H1, will my first full time employer know about this part time H1 during GC processing ?

In addition, I dont think having multiple jobs on ead is an issue either

He will know if you are going to renew/extend it because at that time you have tio disclose all visas you have. And now if he send quiry to the immigration he will know too.

If you use EAD with one employer, you will loose any H satus from any other employer and you suppose to change to EAD will all of them. The H is a one employer visa and by working with any one else, without another H, you are violating the H regulations, not the EAD regulations.

Why would you want to that if you already have a 485 with the first employer?

You don't need to disclose secondary employment to your current employer, unless you signed a contract requiring you to do so, but they can find out your additional employment if they try hard enough.
