Do I need to apply for H4 for her ..?

Hi ..my wife got h1 in this year quota and it's validity starts from oct 1st 2007 and she got her approval notice too. Still do i need to apply for h4 in case I change my employer...?
 
NO. As long as your wife maintains her non immigrant status (H-1B) you do not need to apply H-4 for her even if you change your employer.

I'm changing my employer (A) to Employer (B) -- on 4th of Sept 2007 and my wife h1 validity starts from oct 1st 2007. So still I don’t need to apply for h4 to her with company B...?

Please clear:
does she have I-94 attached with her H1 approval notice?
did her employer filed H4 to H1 Change of Status ?
till what date is her H4 based I-94 valid?
till what date is your I-94 valid.
if she wants to be on H4 status then her H4 extension need to be filed BEFORE her I-94 gets expired.
if she does not have I-94 attached with her H1 approval notice and wants to work on H1 from Oct 1st 2007 then she need to go out get H1 visa stamp and enter on H1 status
