Do I need the latest pay stubs for H1B transfer

Hi, I want to know if the latest paystubs are required for the H1B transfer? Can they be substituted by a letter from the employer stating that I was working fulltime and such? The problem is that my current employer reduced the salary which is below the H1B minimum for the state and county so the paystubs would be a bad idea to submit. Thanks for your help.

---YES, recent 2-3 paystubs are needed

------ ask the lawyer who is filing H1 tranfer and your employer was supposed to pay you the minimum wages as on LCA and he violated H1 law by paying less than LCA
